Terms & Conditions

These terms describe the basis on which Suraj Vansh accepts a family into its practice. By registering, you agree to the following in good faith.

Membership

Membership is by invitation and mutual agreement. Registration and payment do not by themselves guarantee introductions — every family is considered on its merits.

Confidentiality

Both sides — the Suraj Vansh team and the family — agree to hold every conversation and introduction in strict confidence.

Fees

Registration fees are non-refundable once the home visit has been completed. Specific arrangements for private practices are agreed in writing with senior leadership.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at New Delhi having exclusive jurisdiction.
